I had the pleasure of taking Miss Lisa Ray’s headshots in Orange County last week. She was able to make it to Newport Beach for the shoot. She said she needed some corporate headshots which we got some of those and we also took more lifestyle headshots as well. I love living in Orange County Newport Beach now there is so many more options for me to do shoots of. Before I was living up on West Los Angeles, it was nice but I love being so close to the beach and Orange County is a little more relaxed Here’s a few of the pictures :)

Right before I was leaving for a dinner party tonight I checked my facebook. Somebody wrote that the “sunset in Orange County is beautiful”. That enticed me to grab my camera and walk out the back door to the beach. And sure enough… that somebody was right :)

So a few weeks ago Aimee and I modeled for Photog Shootout Group. It was so much fun to be on the other end of the camera. Really makes you think on how you photograph your clients. There were 50 photographers there it was a trip to have so many people take your picture at once and then get tagged on Facebook day after day. So great to connect and meet with new photographers. I know I am a little late on this post … but you and Amiee were fabulous models, and I had such a great time shooting with ya! .It feels pretty rad to have one of the pictures I took of you guys up here on the blog ;) . So fun!
Here are some of the pictures I had out from the wedding slideshow I setup at the reception. It was a beautiful wedding and I’m so happy for Tracy and Phil. The wedding was at the wonderful Magnolia Hotel Omaha. We went over to the Old Market to do a few pictures before the wedding since it was so close. We lucked out weather wise because 2 weeks ago when I was back in Omaha for a wedding it was over a 100 degrees. I think it was in the 80s this time :) A huge thanks to Cory Jones for flying out with me from Los Angeles to be the 2nd photographer. While we were there we got Aimee some Husker gear to get her ready for the Football Season A big Congrats to Tracy and Phil! They are in Maui right now enjoying their Honeymoon!

Hey Guys!
Just finished designing my new website using showit sites. I love the new updates that just came out for the software. If your a photographer and needing a site, give it a shot, they have a free website thing going on right now. Just go to the showit sites. My goal was to make it cleaner and consistant and I feel like I got that :) Thanks to Promise for helping me with the layout. I will continue to add more things and enhance the site, but I’m loving it so far!

I have a crazy request, my HQ asked me today to produce an executive head shot on the 18th for an interview I have, for international publication. Is this something you can do or am I out of line to even ask?
