I hope everyone is having a very Merry Christmas! The picture below I took of our neighbors/friends. Every year they do a funny christmas card picture that they send to all their friends and family. I can’t wait to see what they continue to come up with. I thought this one was epic.

December 2009So last week the peninsula has been crowded with people coming down for the Newport Beach Christmas Boat Parade. I grew up in Nebraska so a boat parade was unheard of, our lakes were FROZEN. I couldn’t believe how many people come down to watch this parade. The peninsula felt like it was spring break in the middle of winter with so many cars and people. This was supposedly their 101st year of doing this parade. We had some friends over on Saturday for our 1st Grover Christmas party. Here’s a picture and a little video from the boat parade. Merry Christmas Eve!
