This weekend I traveled up to Washington to attend my childhood friend, Jennie’s wedding. It was held in her parent’s backyard, nestled in the trees. I brought my new 5d along to practice with it and test it out. It was so fun to be a guest at a wedding and take photos out of sheer enjoyment. So far, I have really been liking the 5d :) Below are a few shots I took at Jennie and Ben’s wedding. I also got to hang out with Jennie’s older brother Josh and his wife Danielle. They are delving into their own photography business, so we had fun talking shop and snapping photos. This was one of my first solo shoots without my other half – but these easy going subjects and beautiful light were kind to me // Aimee
