I did this shoot of my gorgeous wife while we were in Denver for the holidays. We got home from shopping and wanted to play around with some backlight before the sun went down. Once we found a spot to shoot I literally had 45 seconds to take these pictures. As the sun went down the color got colder and colder so I went from 5600k to 6200k to 7000k. (I shoot jpg). This was shot on the 5d mark ii, 35mm 1.4l. settings - 2.5, 320, iso 500. One of our goals for our blog this year is to be more personal and share more of our life and also to get some new Homespun posts in the mix! We just got home from shooting a wedding up in Seattle & can't wait to share the pics later this week!!
