It's always so fun to work with couples that we really connect with and admire! We love that Anne and Garrett are both people who have big aspirations and are actively following their dreams. Anne and Garrett knew that they wanted some photos by the beach, but they also wanted an earthy location as well.  We found this gem of a hillside in a parking lot and knew it would be stunning on film. So glad they were willing to take a risk & try it out with us! Big thanks to Amy Clarke for an amazing job on Anne's hair + makeup! We can't wait for their summer wedding at Shady Canyon and the opportunity to work alongside some of our favorite wedding professionals including Brooke Keegan Wedding and Events, Amy Clarke and 618 Studios!

Courtney + Jake // Estancia La Jolla Wedding

A little rain wasn't going to dampen the spirits of Courtney and Jake on their wedding day! You may remember this adorable couple from their engagement session we photographed last summer. Courtney and Jake were married in a candlelit room at the Estancia La Jolla Hotel in front of their friends and family. Fortunately that the rain held out long enough for us to take some portraits with them in the beautiful surroundings of the Estancia. We were so grateful to work with such a genuine couple, their sweet families and such an incredible team on this wedding, including Before I Do Events and Flowers By Annette Gomez.

Sydnee + Sam // Villa San Juan Wedding

We are so happy to have this wedding published on Green Wedding Shoes!  Sydnee and Sam tied the knot in November at the Villa in San Juan Capistrano, one of our favorite venues! Sydnee's grandfather flew all the way from Hawaii to officiate the ceremony, making it extra special. Everything about their wedding perfectly complemented their eclectic and creative style. Sydnee's mom, Stacey of Floral Occasions, did the most incredible job on the flowers!! They were everywhere...and so rich and beautiful. We honestly feel so lucky to have been a part of capturing their day!
