Thirlled to have this wedding published on Wedding Chicks today! We first met Carrie and Jim when they asked us out for a coffee date only a few days before their wedding. Up until that point, we had only communicated via e-mail. We walked away from our Kean coffee and Side Car donuts with big smiles on our faces...because we already loved them so much. Truly some of the sweetest and most in love couples we've had the privilege of working with. We didn't have a single nerve leading up to their wedding. We were just excited to start the day and capture all of the details and moments they had been envisioning for so long. Here is a collection of some of our favorite film images from their day. Joni + Conner // Joshua Tree Engagement

Four years ago we met the adorable Joni and Conner, who were guests at a wedding we were shooting in San Diego. Conner was the best man and Joni came as his date. We can still confidently say, after shooting over 150 weddings, that Conner gave one of the best Best Man's speech we've ever heard! Joni and Conner danced the night away...and we have been secretly counting down the days until their wedding ever since. We are so happy that the time has arrived and that we get to photograph their wedding this Spring! This session was photographed on medium format film.
