A little rain wasn't going to dampen the spirits of Courtney and Jake on their wedding day! You may remember this adorable couple from their engagement session we photographed last summer. Courtney and Jake were married in a candlelit room at the Estancia La Jolla Hotel in front of their friends and family. Fortunately that the rain held out long enough for us to take some portraits with them in the beautiful surroundings of the Estancia. We were so grateful to work with such a genuine couple, their sweet families and such an incredible team on this wedding, including Before I Do Events and Flowers By Annette Gomez.

We are so happy to have this wedding published on Green Wedding Shoes! Sydnee and Sam tied the knot in November at the Villa in San Juan Capistrano, one of our favorite venues! Sydnee's grandfather flew all the way from Hawaii to officiate the ceremony, making it extra special. Everything about their wedding perfectly complemented their eclectic and creative style. Sydnee's mom, Stacey of Floral Occasions, did the most incredible job on the flowers!! They were everywhere...and so rich and beautiful. We had such a great time doing a film session with Chelsey and Stephen, the husband + wife photo and video team behind TreCreative. We first met them while shooting Colleen + Mitch's wedding and are so happy they reached out to us for a session of their own. They are extremely sweet and encouraging people.
